• Cancellation Policy
» If any product is not in stock, BITSPACE has every right to cancel the order without intimation to the customer, email/message will be sent for the cancelled order. In the event of Out Of Stock, the total amount will be refunded to the customer.
» The buyer can cancel the order in 24 hours only. The “Payment Gateway” charges and other incidental and processing expenses borne by us will be deducted from the customer’s amount. Because of the nature of these customised products Twenty-Five per cent (25%) amount will be removed and the rest amount will be transferred within 3-5 business days to the buyer’s Bank Account.
» After the order is processed (i.e. after 24 hours) the order will not be cancelled for any reason thereof. The buyer/customer, therefore, requested to take a firm decision before placing the order.
• Return Policy
» If the customer has received an item/product that is damaged/defective or wrong on delivery, just contact us within 24 hours. We will not accept any complaint about any order after 24 hours of delivery of the ordered item(s). We will not accept any damaged/defective, seal broken or wrong product from customers in return.
