Warranty Policy
• Labor & Parts
BITSPACE offers lifetime technical support, and guidance. Standard warranty excludes all accidental damages such as water damage, electrical shorts, fire damage, and all force-related damages.
» Any damage caused by impacts, fluids, fire, flood, wind, earthquake, lightning, or similar disaster; unauthorized modifications, attachments or peripherals, improper use, environment, installation or electrical supply; improper maintenance; any other misuse, abuse, or mishandling by a customer is not covered under warranty. BITSPACE reserves the right to deny any warranty RMA request if it believes the claim is related to any of the above causes and against the manufacturer's criteria or warranty policies. BITSPACE under no circumstances is liable for any other damages of any type and other claims regardless of whether they are based upon breach of warranty, breach of contract, liability, or any other theories developed.
» BITSPACE provides a three-year limited warranty. After the three-year period expires, BITSPACE reserves the right, with the customer's permission to charge the customer for the replacement of the part needed in case of a hardware failure. Parts Warranty will also be applicable as per the respective manufacturer's warranty policies and period by their authorized service centres. BITSPACE will assist the customer if it is outside the standard BITSPACE warranty but covered under the manufacturer warranty. BITSPACE does not cover any software included or purchased with the System.
» BITSPACE reserves the right to void any warranty RMA due to unauthorized modification of the system or an individual component, or due to lack of maintenance of the PC or parts included in the PC.
» All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The only situation in which a customer will not be liable for shipping costs is if the computer arrives and does not function or is determined to be dead on arrival. If shipping is paid for by BITSPACE all fees incurred will be charged to the customer upon delivery receipt, BITSPACE reserves the right to instruct the shipping partner to hold delivery until the following shipping fees are paid.
* Overclocking
» Overclocking completed by any party other than BITSPACE immediately voids any BITSPACE warranty. Overclocking can cause serious damage to multiple PC components and is best left to the professionals.
* Fixing the Issue
» BITSPACE will submit the part/component of the PC / System & submit it to the respective service centre as soon as possible, for its scrutiny, analysis, and approval after BITSPACE procures it from the buyer. The report from the service centre will be sent to the buyer/customer so we can proceed accordingly. This service comes under BITSPACE's three-year limited warranty.
* Cancellation Policy
» If any product is not in stock, BITSPACE has every right to cancel the order without intimation to the customer, an email/message will be sent for the cancelled order. In the event of Out Of Stock, the total amount will be refunded to the customer.
» The buyer can cancel the order in 12 hours only. The “Payment Gateway” charges and other incidental and processing expenses borne by us will be deducted from the customer’s amount. Because of the nature of these customized products Twenty-Five percent (25%) amount will be deducted and the rest amount will be transferred within 7-10 business days to the buyer’s Bank Account.
» After the order is processed (i.e. after 12 hours) the order can not be cancelled for any reason thereof. The buyer/customer, therefore, requested to make a firm decision before placing the order.
* Return Policy
» If the customer has received an item/product that is damaged/defective or wrong on delivery, just contact us within 24 hours. We will not accept any complaint of any order after 24 hours of delivery of the ordered item(s). We will not accept any damaged/defective, seal broken, or wrong product from customers in return.
