Shipping Policy

* Shipping/Delivery Policy
» These are custom PCS and are made to order. The bespoke nature of the PCs they are not readily available off the shelf and, therefore, a standard processing time of 5-7 business days is required.
» The ordered products will usually be delivered in 7-10 working days except on rare unforeseen Occasions.
» Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive an email with the details. We will attempt to deliver the items only once. In case the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall be charged for redelivery.
