PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY IT CONTAINS VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERNING YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE (HEREINAFTER MENTIONED AS ONLY 'SITE'). PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SITE OR TRANSACT ON THE SITE IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND POLICIES.


• Website User Policy
It is hereby informed that BITSPACE is a reseller, a trading establishment, and not a manufacturer. By using the services of “bitspace.co.in” you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and other policies.
» Eligibility: The Person who is eligible and competent to contract under section 11 of the 'Indian Contract Act 1872' only can use this website.
» Communication: When you visit the Site or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You are giving consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on the Site or by electronic device/media. You agree to all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically. You may not use the Site for any of the following purposes which may restrict you from accessing the SITE. “bitspace.co.in” has the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership and refuse to provide you with access to the Site.
> Disseminating any unlawful, harassing, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or objectionable material.
> Breaching any applicable laws.
> Interfering or disrupting networks or websites connected to the Site.
> Creating, transmitting, or storing electronic copies of materials without the permission of the owner.
» Modifications: We may at any time modify the User Agreement and other policies without any prior notification to you. If the modified User Agreement is not acceptable to you, you can discontinue using the service. However, if you continue to use the service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified User Agreement, Terms and Conditions, and other policies.
» Feedback or Submissions: All reviews, comments, and other submissions submitted to our SITE will be and remain BITSPACE property. BITSPACE will be entitled to use, reproduce, disclose, modify, adapt, publish, display, and distribute any Comments you submit for any purpose whatsoever, without restriction and without compensating you in any way. BITSPACE is and shall be under no obligation to maintain any comments in confidence, to pay you any compensation for any comments, or to respond to any comments. You agree that any Comments submitted by you to the Site will not violate this policy or any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights, and will not cause injury to any person or entity. BITSPACE reserves the right to monitor and edit or remove any comments submitted to the Site.
You grant BITSPACE the right to use the name that you submit in connection with any comments. You also agree not to use a false name, address, or email address or impersonate any person or entity. You shall remain solely responsible for the content of any comments you make.
» Governing Laws and Jurisdiction: This User Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Local Court of law or Court in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising from this agreement.

• Sale Terms
»We provide service across Navi Mumbai Only.
»Order once placed, (that is, the amount once transferred) can not be cancelled. Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged. Once an Invoice is made cannot be modified or cancelled for any reason thereof.
»The item is tested for physical damage at the time of sale and we are not liable for the physical damage of the item/product anymore. It is also the duty of the buyer to immediately check at the counter the physical condition of the purchased goods or on receipt of the ordered product/products.
»The Quality of the Products is the responsibility of the respective Brand Owners/Manufacturer. If you have any issues regarding quality then you may lodge complaints against them separately.
»Physical damage/mishandling of products / Tampering of Parts do not cover under warranty.
»Any Data Loss/Corruption is the sole responsibility of the user. Data is not covered under any warranty. Always keep important data backed up.

Warranty Policy



• Labor & Parts
BITSPACE offers a lifetime labour policy, lifetime technical support, and guidance. Standard warranty excludes all accidental damages such as water damage, electrical shorts, fire damage, and all force-related damages.
» Any damage caused by impacts, fluids, fire, flood, wind, earthquake, lightning, or similar disaster; unauthorized modifications, attachments or peripherals, improper use, environment, installation or electrical supply; improper maintenance; any other misuse, abuse, or mishandling by a customer is not covered under warranty. BITSPACE reserves the right to deny any warranty request if it believes the claim is related to any of the above causes and against the manufacturer's criteria or warranty policies. BITSPACE under no circumstances is liable for any other damages of any type and other claims regardless of if they are based upon breach of warranty, breach of contract, liability, or any other theories developed.
» BITSPACE provides a one-year limited warranty. After the one-year period expires, BITSPACE reserves the right, with the customer's permission to charge the customer for the replacement of the part needed in the event of a hardware failure. Parts Warranty will also be applicable as per the respective manufacturer's warranty policies and period by their authorized service centres, wherein BITSPACE will assist the customer if it is outside the standard BITSPACE warranty but covered under the manufacturer warranty. BITSPACE does not cover any software included or purchased with the System.
» BITSPACE reserves the right to void any warranty due to unauthorized modification of the system or an individual component, or due to lack of maintenance of the PC or parts included in the PC.
» All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The only situation in which a customer will not be liable for shipping costs is if and only if the computer arrives and does not function or is determined to be dead on arrival. If shipping is paid for by BITSPACE all fees incurred will be charged to the customer upon delivery receipt, BITSPACE reserves the right to instruct the shipping partner to hold delivery until the following shipping fees are paid.

• Overclocking
» Overclocking completed by any party other than BITSPACE immediately voids any BITSPACE warranty. Overclocking can cause serious damage to multiple PC components and is best left to the professionals.

• Fixing the Issue
» BITSPACE will submit the part/component of the PC / System & submit it to the respective service centre as soon as possible, for its scrutiny, analysis, and approval after BITSPACE procures it from the buyer. The report from the service centre will be sent to the buyer/customer on which we can proceed accordingly. This service comes under BITSPACE's one-year limited warranty.
